Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kaushalya Herbals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality herbal products, but we understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund or cancel an order. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at kaushalyatraders2712@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • After Shipment:
    If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the order is delivered (see return policy below).

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    We accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • How to Initiate a Return:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at kaushalyatraders2712@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

  • Refund Processing:
    Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. These include:

    • Opened or used products
    • Products not in their original condition or packaging
    • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

3. Defective or Damaged Products

We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at kaushalyatraders2712@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the cost of return shipping if applicable.

4. Refund Exceptions

  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. There may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. 5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • After placing an order, it typically takes 5-7 days for the package to arrive at your specified address.
